New Things On The Way...

I am hoping that in the next couple of weeks I will be able to post several new things such as Scrapbooking Mini-Kits, Word Art, Photoshop Tutorials, etc. I don't think that I have ever posted any Photoshop Tutorials but I do have a few already made.

I have also been working on a lot of Custom Photo Card Designs to go with the ones that I already have. I am hoping that Ryan will help me get them set up on Ebay and maybe even Etsy. I will post those here as well.

I have been pretty busy trying to get a lot of photos re-edited for my photography business because I am hoping to get a new website up eventually. I had one in the past but I let my host run out because it was a lot more trouble than it was worth, in my opinion.

A week or so ago, Ryan received a Free Dell Server an he's been trying to get it running. I am hoping that we'll be able to figure everything out and I can host my website and even the things I post here so I won't have to deal with purchasing a host or posting things on 4shared. I mean, I like 4shared, but I don't have a premium account on there so I have to always make sure to log in occasionally so that my stuff doesn't get removed.

I am obviously just jibber jabbering right now so I am going to leave it at that... Look for new stuff to come very soon!

4-5 potatoes, cubed... See More
1 can of cream of chicken soup

I also use a little bit of chicken bouillon(powder form) just to taste.

Fry bacon until crisp. Add onion and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Drain. Cook potatoes in 1-2 cups water for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in soup, sour cream, bacon and onions. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper. Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL.

This Recipe makes a pretty average size pot of soup, about 6-8 hearty sized servings.

Some Gifts

Merry Christmas! I hope that everyone had a very wonderful time with their families and friends! I had a great Christmas and was excited to give out some of my handmade gifts. I did about 6 hats on the loom. I also did several scarves, a purse, an Amigurumi Bear and Mistletoe . Here's a few photos.

Bear that I did for my cousin's 3 year old. She loved it and didn't put it down all night!

My Aunt's scarf and her wearing her scarf.
.

Purse that I did for my Cousin Abby.

Ryan actually picked out the lining. I hand stitched it.

I have patterns if anyone is interested. Or feel free to ask if you have questions!

I love my Mammaw!

The last time I was at Walmart I was looking for Embroidery Floss/Thread so that I could have it when I do crochet projects, etc. I searched forever and then finally asked an employee in the craft section. I was very disappointed when she told me that they do not carry anything that has to do with embroidery so I figured I would have to wait until my next trip to Hobby Lobby.

Yesterday, I was at my Grandparent's house helping to put up a few Christmas decorations. I always show my Mammaw something I have crocheted because she used to crochet all the time when I was little. Anyway, I mentioned embroidery floss and she said, "Oh, I have a little upstairs if you can find it" I about fell over when I opened the tin it was in! LOL It's soo expensive anymore!

Here's what she gave me!
